Please note the prices shown below are starting FROM prices.

Maximum Occupancy  : 6 Adults + 2 Children (under 12 years old)

-           Utilities (Electricity and water)*

-           Cleaning every 4 days included linens and towels change

-           Call out service to repair any equipment problems

-           10% Service charge and 7% VAT

* In order to save energy we would like to limit the amount of electricity used to be within normal usage conditions as below:

 3 bed rooms Villas limit at 70 units per day 

Electricity usage exceeded the amount specified must be paid by customers on departure at 6 THB + VAT per unit.

Standard cleaning : 1,000 THB  which not include any laundry

Children and Extra bed
Infants 0-1 year stay free of charge when using existing bed, cot/crib is charged at THB 300 per day and subject to availability.
Child under 12 years old stays free of charge when using existing bed.
Extra bed is charged at THB 1,766 per night.

**In order to keep electricity costs down please do not leave air conditioning unit on whilst you are out of the villa - the rooms cool down very quickly once it has been turned on. Also turn off the garden and pool lights overnight!
